Travel time and duration may vary depending on road conditions. In addition, due to unexpected traffic congestion or overcrowding at tourist spots, we may be forced to omit some sightseeing spots or shorten sightseeing time.
About the Alpine Route:
Depending on congestion and weather conditions, a replacement bus may be used between Tateyama Station and Bijodaira (Tateyama Cable Car).
The Snow Otani Walk may be canceled or shortened due to poor visibility, snowfall, bad weather, snow removal work, etc.
Depending on the congestion on the Alpine Route, the departure time on the second day may be early in the morning. As a result, breakfast may be served as a bento box.
Please note that depending on the reservation time and congestion of the Alpine Route, the return time may be significantly delayed.
The time spent at Murodo may be shortened depending on the local congestion and road conditions.
Murodo, the highest point on the alpine route, is 2,450 meters above sea level and the temperature is about 12 to 13 degrees Celsius lower than at ground level. Please bring clothing that is warm, lightweight, and easy to carry, as well as sneakers that are easy to walk in. A raincoat is recommended.
Children's (elementary school students) and infants (preschoolers aged 3-5) rates are the same as adult rates and offer the same services.
If you wish to change your meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., a fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per meal, and if there is a difference in cost, the actual cost will be charged. In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
