Before departure, an administrator will contact you and add your driver information. It's very convenient to contact them via Line. The drivers will arrive early and all speak Chinese, so communication is not a problem at all. The chartered car is also very spacious and comfortable. I will definitely book again if I need it next time!

The itinerary was excellent, and the meals offered great value. However, it would be even better if it included a railway pass like the Osaka Amazing Pass. Also, I suggest using a QR code for each attraction and restaurant (with pictures of designated set meals for each restaurant). It would be helpful if used itineraries showed as already used. Overall, it's a very good experience! 👍

Driver Bian was very nice, with excellent driving skills and punctuality. The car was comfortable, and the point-to-point service was very convenient, eliminating the need for us to find our way.
