The driver arrived on time and helped with our bags to the vehicle. The journey was smooth and he was a careful driver.

Last time I came to Japan, I used another platform with a different company to get me from the airport to my hotel and it was absolutely awful. This was the complete opposite of that experience. Starting a few days before the company was very communicative, telling me who would be picking me up making sure that all of my details were right. The driver was added the day before to make sure that I had a contact for him. When we landed, he was very quick to write us back and let us know that he would be waiting for us. The car was absolutely beautiful in great shape. The driver was very helpful for me and my daughter to get in the car and make sure that we had everything we needed. He got us to our hotel quickly and safely despite a delay from the airline and traffic. I would 100% use them again.

Buying tickets on KKDay was very convenient. Overall, the experience was quite good. There were food stalls, giving it a summery feel, and most of the people there were locals, which was really nice! The fireworks, synchronized with the music, were rhythmic. However, since I don't understand Japanese, I couldn't understand a lot of what they were saying. Also, the fireworks weren't continuous; they were in several parts. It wasn't as exciting as I had imagined, and there were a lot of insects while waiting for the bus before leaving 😂

1. Our tour guide, Liu Mei, was very attentive and provided excellent service, explaining everything in detail. We chose our seats first upon arrival at the meeting point. 2. The drive from Nagoya to Kamikochi takes four hours, but there are rest stops along the way, so it's not too tiring. 3. We had a four-hour stop in Kamikochi. We chose Route A, which involved about an hour and a half of walking for photos. There's a restaurant near Kappa Bridge where we could have lunch. On the way to the hotel, our guide was very kind and even took us to a supermarket to stock up on food for tomorrow's lunch. When some members of our group were late for the meeting in Kamikochi, our guide apologized to us. 4. Although the hotel we stayed at was a bit old, the buffet had a good variety of dishes. There were also indoor and outdoor hot springs for bathing. 5. We met at 7:30 am the next day and departed for Ogisawa Station, which took about 50 minutes. The guide explained all the transportation options in detail. It was a pity that we couldn't see the snow walls at Murodo Station due to heavy fog… 6. The return trip from Tateyama Station to Nagoya also takes four hours, with rest stops along the way.
