The driver information and license plate number for transfer from the city to Taoyuan Airport will be provided by KKday message before 20:00 (GMT+8) the day before your departure, so be sure to check the message.
For the airport pick-up, please keep an eye out for our staff holding a welcome sign with your name and KKday logo waiting by the arrival hall (on your right)
For multiple stops, an additional fee of NT$100 per stop in the same area will apply, at least NT$200 per stop for multiple points in different areas, pricing for stops made in farther mountainous areas will be informed separately, fees are to be paid directly to driver on-site
If flight arrival time or hotel pick-up time is within the range of 10:00pm to 6:59am, a surcharge of NT$200 applies (to be paid on-site, directly to the driver)
Car seats are available for children under age of 4 at a cost of NT$200; to be paid directly to driver on-site. Please let us know in the 'Notes' section during booking if you require one
Complying with Taiwanese laws, children aged under 4 are required to use a car seat, failure to do so will result in transfer service decline without refunds, please consider before booking
Every traveler is covered in casualty insurance (NT$2 million) and injury insurance (NT$200,000)
The 90-minute grace period is based on the landing time shown on the airport signboard. If travellers fail to show up after the grace period, no refund will be provided
If there is overtime, an overtime fee of NT$300 shall be paid to the driver on-site
If the delay is less than one hour, the driver will wait on-site for 90 minutes based on the actual flight arrival time. If the delay exceeds one hour, please contact KKday customer service upon arrival to reschedule the vehicle. If you are unable to board the original flight, a full refund will be given. If you are unable to board the original flight, it will be deemed as a voluntary cancellation and no refund will be given.
