It was easy to set up, the connection was excellent, and the price was reasonable, making it perfect for a family trip. I highly recommend it.

I picked up and returned the device at Taoyuan Airport. There's free Wi-Fi at the airport, so there were no problems. The pocket Wi-Fi connection was good, and I was able to use it for over 5 hours on a single charge. Excellent value for money.

I was traveling with a friend and we were making a round trip between Taipei and Kaohsiung. After comparing the prices of both options, I decided on this one because it was 30% off. While advance train and seat reservations are possible via the app and redeeming the High-Speed ​​Rail tickets within the app, and then booking through the High-Speed ​​Rail official website the day after redemption, I couldn't book adjacent seats in Japan because each person received a separate High-Speed ​​Rail Redeem number (perhaps due to individual pass issuance). In reality, we were able to secure adjacent seats at the station ticket counter the day before, so there were no problems. We also redeemed our subway tickets at the station. I didn't have a chance to use the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle bus, but if you're planning a round trip between Taipei and Kaohsiung (or now Taipei and Tainan), I think it's worth considering. Using it is similar to the 15% discount for foreigners; you show your passport to the station attendant at the ticket gate. Please note that the carriage and seat numbers are handwritten by the station attendant, so they may be difficult to read.

Use was very easy but it is important to charge the wifi overnight to have enough battery to last a full day. The wifi itself also works really well and takes no time to load websites, apps etc. The staff at both pick up was friendly, but struggled at first with my booking number & email that i showed them, but then finally found my reservation. Return was super easy and went without problems.

Used in Taipei and Taichung. The speed was sufficient, and translation and AI worked smoothly. Setup was easy, and if you have trouble connecting, you can use the free Wi-Fi at the arrival airport to get instructions via chat. It's incredibly cheap compared to domestic carriers' international roaming, so I recommend it for people who don't need to make phone calls.

Following the instructions, I scanned and set it up before departure. Upon arriving in Korea, it connected to the internet immediately upon startup—very smoothly! 3G speeds were more than enough for my daily needs. Whether checking maps, playing Pikmin, or browsing Instagram, there were no issues with speed throttling. No need to replace the physical SIM card; I'll definitely buy it again next time I'm in Korea!
