I originally only expected a driver, but they also provided a thorough guide, which I greatly appreciated. They used a tablet to provide information in the car beforehand, which allowed us to have more time at the locations, and that was wonderful. Instead of staying with us the whole time, they took photos at key points, and then we had free time, which allowed us plenty of family time. The shops and restaurants they recommended were excellent. I only intended to visit the major spots like Jiufen and Shifen, but the village with lots of cats they took us to along the way was surprisingly enjoyable.

My first time on a day trip was a fantastic experience!!! ✨ 1. The travel agency notified us in advance via SMS and Line to arrange a driver for hotel pick-up and drop-off! They also conveyed pre-trip instructions. (Since the original date was unavailable, we were able to book as scheduled after contacting KKDay!) 2. We formed a group of 6 with other travelers, traveling in a 9-seater minivan. Upon boarding, we received a small gift bag from the travel agency (containing itinerary documents, bottled water, and a small pastry as a souvenir). 3. The driver was familiar with the roads and professional, driving smoothly and without any motion sickness (tissues and vomit bags were available in the vehicle for passengers prone to motion sickness). 4. Our group included Japanese travelers, and the driver introduced the sights along the way in both Chinese and Japanese. The interactive Q&A was fun, and he even took us to hidden gems not on the itinerary, helping us take beautiful photos! We also had Alishan tea! 5. The Fenqihu bento boxes included in the tour were delicious, and they could even help us order Aiyu jelly. They also took us to buy some tasty donuts! 6. The tour was semi-guided; the itinerary was coordinated with the travelers based on the day's situation. We arranged a meeting time with the driver on the bus and then had free time, allowing us more flexibility and freedom to explore the park! I've used the 3-day pass several times, and this time it included three days of rides on the Taiwan High-Speed ​​Rail and two days of rides on the subway, plus a 300 NTD Uber coupon as the other option. However, previously, with the High-Speed ​​Rail 3-day pass, I could reserve a seat at the ticket counter, but this time they only let me reserve a seat when I picked up the pass, and I was told that I had to reserve seats in advance afterward and that I could only ride in unreserved seats. I used unreserved seats from the second day onward. The High-Speed ​​Rail website that provides the pass does indeed say that unreserved seats are available, but kkd a y's instructions said that you could reserve seats at the ticket counter. I was glad I was able to get a seat in the unreserved section this time.

The evening boat tour was cool and comfortable, and the nighttime lights were beautiful. The guide's explanations were clear and interesting, accompanied by music, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The boat sailed smoothly throughout, and the guide even helped take photos when we reached the most beautiful scenery. I would definitely join another guided boat tour in the future.

A great place for kids to let loose, jump around, play in the sand, play in the ball pit, and play on the bouncy mattress. Out of 100, it gets a 75 or higher. The kids had a blast. There's also the Sixth Market downstairs, and you can even have dinner there.
