The service is infrequent, and you don't need to buy tickets in advance; you can simply tap your card on the bus. However, it's relatively expensive (about NT$200 for taking the MRT, then a train, and finally a bus), so there are very few people taking it. The advantage is that it's a direct journey in 1.5 hours without having to push your luggage around and change vehicles. The drop-off point is outside the terminal; you need to go inside and up one floor to reach the departure hall.
The driver, Chan Shi Wai, was very responsible. The seats were comfortable and clean. The team worked seamlessly to ensure the safety of all passengers. It was a very fulfilling day when we got to Alishan
