It was as comfortable as Japan's Shinkansen bullet train. I was glad I could use it at half price for a one-way trip. Booking was also smooth.

The store was small and a little hard to find, but I was able to find it by asking various people! The YuYu Card didn't have many options, and they were all anime character designs! But it was cheap, so it's totally fine!

People are so helpful while I tried to figure out where to board the train in the huge station. Food was not the best. However it is a very nice way to hv a headline view the country. The mountain and coastal views were gprgeous! if you like Karaoke, there is a karaoke carriage where you can scream your favourite songs while strangers clapped and cheered you on.

We were able to efficiently visit Shifen Waterfall, Shifen, Jiufen, and then our hotel as a family of four, starting from the airport! ! ! We received so much help and hospitality ✨✨ Thank you!

It's great for bringing elders; the restrooms and elevators are very well-equipped. The pasta at X Cafe is excellent value for money—chewy, delicious, and flavorful in large portions; highly recommended! However, the drinks are ridiculously expensive. The outdoor entertainment area could benefit from more animal shows or interactive activities; the time spent watching videos is almost as long as the animal performances.

The data card is cheap and convenient; you can pick it up at Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1, and the staff will process it in 2 minutes. Internet access and phone calls are smooth throughout the trip.

I used this service for a round trip to Kaohsiung. At the ticket counter, you show your reservation number and passport to receive a ticket booklet, which you then show to pass through the gate. Due to my travel itinerary, I could only go to Kaohsiung, but it was definitely worth it. It's a great opportunity to visit cities other than Taipei! I think it will become a popular service for repeat customers.

The signal worked everywhere, even underground, so there were no problems. However, this time I picked up and returned the bike at Terminal 1 of the airport, but the location wasn't clear without directions, not just a photo of the shop. The airport is huge. Also, when I looked at the return location section on KKDAY's booking page, there was a location near the arrival exit, but I couldn't figure out where it was. After checking various places and opening the contact information, I found out there was also one near the departure gate, but I couldn't find it on the floor. If that one thing were improved, I think it would be a 5-star product, considering the good value for money.
