Regardless of itinerary changes or information provision, all communications will be via EMAIL, so please ensure that the email address you left can receive emails normally.
[Pre-departure notification] Including the driver's name, mobile phone, license plate and other necessary information, it will be sent to your email address at 20:00 the day before boarding, and the driver will be waiting for you at the pre-arranged location. Please arrive at the pick-up location on time at the designated time. Failure to show up will be deemed to have given up the service and the fee will not be refunded.
Please be sure to book a suitable car model to carry all passengers and luggage. If the number of passengers or luggage is found to be inconsistent with the number of passengers or luggage at the boarding site, resulting in overloading, the driver has the right to refuse to provide service without refund.
For the sake of the next passenger’s safety, eating and drinking is prohibited throughout the journey. Small pets are allowed but must be caged at all times.
For additional fare items (child safety seats, additional fares in remote areas, additional charges for a new connection point and overtime waiting fees), please pay cash to the driver on the day of departure. If payment is refused, the driver has the right to refuse to carry the passenger without refund.
In the event of force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains, etc., the company reserves the right to postpone the departure or provide a full refund.
To make any changes to the reservation, please contact KKday customer support at least 4 days before the departure date. If the request is filed later than that, no changes will be allowed
