Relatively easy to book, and it's nice to have a foreign passport discount. Remember to bring your passport to the counter! You don't need to show up an hour earlier like they suggest- 30min or maybe even 20 is fine if off-season. We had confusion with our return ferry brand being changed, and the English wording made it sound like our whole trip had been cancelled, so we had to re-confirm with customer support. Our rides both ways were quite bumpy with lots of people throwing up from seasickness, so come prepared. They do offer plenty of doggy bags and trash bins to dipose them in.

I highly recommend this place for stargazing and sunrise viewing. The driver was excellent and very professional, providing insightful explanations of the stars. They even provide jackets on board. Although I did touch on my political views a little, overall it was a great experience.

The driver managed the itinerary very well, and we were able to reach the important performance at Cingjing Farm smoothly and see it. Although there was a section of heavy rain on the return highway, with torrential downpours so heavy that we could barely see the car in front! Everyone was exhausted, but the driver quietly and safely drove us to our destination. A big thank you to the driver for his hard work!

I used this service for a round trip from Taipei to Kaohsiung. I used both online booking and ticket counter booking, but I found it more convenient to have my seat reserved at the counter. You can't enter without having your ticket and passport checked by a station attendant, so it might not be suitable for people in a hurry. The included 2-day unlimited Taipei MRT and bus pass, and unlimited Kaohsiung MRT pass were great.

I was really curious about Takami Wetlands. The weather was great, and I'm so glad I went. The guide called out to me at photogenic spots and took lots of pictures for me, which was fantastic! They even drove me back to Taichung Station for the Shinkansen, so it was a really great day trip! For those planning to go, be aware that the toilets in the Takami Wetlands parking lot don't have tissues, so you should bring your own.

[Unexpected points] - The sightseeing spots were crowded, so the free time was shorter than expected (especially Yehliu and Shifen). - When other tour members were late for the meeting time, it caused inconvenience due to the waiting time. - There are many similar buses, so be careful not to get on the wrong one. This tour is suitable for those who want to visit many famous landmarks rather than spending time sightseeing in one place. I used this tour with my family, who were visiting Taipei for the first time, and we were very satisfied. Thank you!

I used this service for a round trip to Kaohsiung. At the ticket counter, you show your reservation number and passport to receive a ticket booklet, which you then show to pass through the gate. Due to my travel itinerary, I could only go to Kaohsiung, but it was definitely worth it. It's a great opportunity to visit cities other than Taipei! I think it will become a popular service for repeat customers.
