A shuttle picks you up at a designated location in the morning. The description stated the shuttle fee was 100 won per person, but I did not pay separately. It seems you can leave your luggage on the shuttle if needed. We arrived at the port comfortably, listened to the group explanation, and departed immediately. The explanation is conducted in Chinese, but you can communicate with the staff in simple English. We went out on the boat for over an hour and were able to see quite a few dolphins. Motion sickness medication is essential. We also took the shuttle back. I was satisfied because I was able to have a rare experience.

The scenery is beautiful, the performances are vibrant, and the staff are enthusiastic. The view of the ocean from the top is stunning, comparable to scenery abroad. The building's exterior could be further enhanced with a renovation.

The driver was very friendly, introducing the attractions and arranging the itinerary, and also thoughtfully taking photos.

The contact information provided the day before was clear, the driver was friendly, and after picking up the luggage, I contacted him by phone. He quickly arrived at the designated pick-up/drop-off point and even helped put the luggage in the trunk. He navigated the route using Google Maps, was a good driver, and the car was comfortable and clean. He was also willing to let me know if I had any special needs. Overall, it was great value for money and highly recommended! 👍🏻

Our driver, Mr. Chen, was incredibly kind and provided meticulous service. It was just my mother (75 years old) and I traveling together, and he took us to so many places we wouldn't have been able to visit on our own. During the car ride, he explained tourist attractions, as well as Taiwanese culture and lifestyle, which was very educational. For lunch, he recommended a cheap and delicious beef noodle shop, and even helped us haggle at the market. Furthermore, when I started feeling unwell due to the heat, he arranged for us to rest at a tourist information center within the market, which was a huge help. We encountered countless instances of Taiwanese kindness and warmth, making it a truly satisfying trip.

People are so helpful while I tried to figure out where to board the train in the huge station. Food was not the best. However it is a very nice way to hv a headline view the country. The mountain and coastal views were gprgeous! if you like Karaoke, there is a karaoke carriage where you can scream your favourite songs while strangers clapped and cheered you on.

The driver managed the itinerary very well, and we were able to reach the important performance at Cingjing Farm smoothly and see it. Although there was a section of heavy rain on the return highway, with torrential downpours so heavy that we could barely see the car in front! Everyone was exhausted, but the driver quietly and safely drove us to our destination. A big thank you to the driver for his hard work!

We rented two cars this time, but due to system settings... there was a discrepancy with the store... during this Mid-Autumn Festival holiday... everyone waited for almost an hour to pick up the cars. During this time, there was also an extra charge for full vehicle insurance... the cost of two cars for two days was equivalent to renting another car... haha... but the cars were in good condition, and the air conditioning was cool enough... so it was acceptable. As for fuel and mileage metering, I think it's best to write that in the rental agreement... so consumers can weigh the total cost and avoid exceeding their budget.

They will replace and activate the SIM card when you pick it up at the airport, so it's a good option if you want to be sure to activate it at the airport. The communication quality was good. However, in my case, the pick-up location was the "ezflyhifi Fly Buyer" counter in the arrival lobby, but I couldn't find the sign (there was also an ezflyhifi counter before immigration, but I was told to "pick it up outside"). [Pick-up Location] There are four round islands (counters) lined up in the arrival lobby, offering various services. If you come out of the baggage claim area into the lobby, you can pick up your SIM card at the second island from the left (as of September 14, 2026). It's a good idea to show your voucher to confirm.
