ソロ参加でも、素敵な体験ができました。スタッフはいろいろな話をしてくれましたし、私の限られた英語理解力にあわせてくれました。作法の話が特に印象的でした。どの料理もおいしくて鮮やかで、調理中からずっといい匂いでした。 自分で選んだ方が思い出になることってあると思います。市場では、デザートの果物を選ぶチャンスがありました。ランブータンの味が最高だったこと、油断していると種の皮まで食べてしまう難しい果物だったこと、ベトナムでの呼び方を教えてもらったこと、どれも心に残っています。

美味しいバインミーの作り方とコーヒーの淹れ方を教えてくれます。レシピはPDFでもらえます。40度のお酒の試飲があったりと内容は盛沢山です。バインミーで使用した粉の販売があればいいな。

It was an incredible experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to connect with instructor. Our teacher - Jessi was truly inspiring! His passion for Vietnamese cuisine shone through every lesson. The hands-on approach allowed us to immerse ourselves in the cooking process, and I loved learning about the fresh ingredients and unique flavors that define Vietnamese cooking. By the end of the class, I felt more confident in my cooking skills and excited to recreate these delicious dishes at home. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone interested in exploring Vietnamese cuisine. It was a delightful blend of education, culture, and culinary delight!

Banh Mi Crafting & Coffee Brewing Class was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Vietnam. We learned how to make authentic banh mi completely from scratch, with clear guidance, hands-on practice, and fascinating stories behind each ingredient. The coffee session was equally impressive, especially understanding the techniques and history behind Vietnam’s iconic coffee culture. Nancy is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and professional, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well organized, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully paced, making it suitable even for beginners. We left not only full and happy, but also with new skills, deeper cultural insight, and wonderful memories. Highly recommended for anyone

第一次到越南旅遊，都係諗住周圍行吓、食吓，但係又覺得冇乜特別，所以想體驗一下當地嘅飲食文化。 今次參加咗KKday 嘅 Rose Kitchen cooking class, 學整下芒果沙律、越南春卷和雞蛋咖啡。估唔到家人和我都覺得好開心，好好玩！因為除咗學習煮嘢食，又可以同來自不同地方嘅團友仔一齊傾下、講吓。 So relaxing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 另外，要特別多謝主廚Aroma 嘅帶領同介紹，帶領我哋體驗咗到當地街市買餸和介紹咗雞蛋咖啡嘅做法和來源。 得知Aroma 仲有兩個星期便要往澳洲展開佢嘅new life, 在此祝佢幸福快樂n 生活愉快！

食事を作ることが好きな人たちがあちこちから集まってきました。香港、インドネシア、インド、日本、そして先生兼ガイドはHazelさん。小柄だけどパワフルで面白くて英語が堪能です。私たちはまず市場を見学したがら先生から材料について解説を受けます。そしてローズキッチンへと向かい、料理を始めます。スパイスの豊富さや隠し味はこれだったの？！こんな組み合わせであんな味がでるんだ、など発見がたくさん💡 料理って面白い😊ベジタリアンのための材料変更にも対応してくれました。さいごにみんなで食卓についてランチタイムです。しっかりとした量でお腹いっぱいです。そしてエッグコーヒー、ココナッツコーヒーのデモを見ながら質問タイム。お腹も知識も大満足の一日でした。
