The check-in and drop-off points were very convenient. The tour leader/guide spoke fluent three languages. Small towels were provided on the steps to avoid soiling the bus floor. The seats were comfortable, and the buffet was plentiful and of high quality. The tour leader/guide and driver managed the time very well.
I booked a package ticket, and picking it up at the venue was very convenient. The cable car ride to the mountaintop was beautiful, especially the night view. Each ticket had a different scenic photo on it, and since I bought three, I collected three different photos from each ticket. I would definitely buy more if I have the chance.
When visiting the Otaru Aquarium, you absolutely must see the penguins walk. Buying your tickets in advance means you don't need to queue; just scan your QR code for entry – it's very convenient!
Very fortunate the weather was clear when we arrive. The free postcards are at cashier and not those on sale. The station allowed redemption of the tickets even when I arrived one day before. There is also a ski museum.
