The booking was easy. The driver communicated with us a day before for confirmation a day before thru whattsup. We even forgot to leave the key of our Airbnb so have to go back on a short distance. The driver was already waiting before our scheduled time of pick up. Our trip was smooth. The driver was helpful in loading and unloading our luggages. The van was clean and comfortable. There were 4 of us with 4 large luggages and 3 small luggages. Over all it was a good ride. We will book again the next vacation.

The driver and tour guide were both great! Thank you for knowing the route so we didn't get stuck in traffic. Eihoji Temple was beautiful! We finished seeing the Ohara Shiki Sakura cherry blossoms quickly, and the 30-minute stop at Korankei Gorge allowed for up to 3 hours – it was beautiful and photogenic. We met at 5:20 PM to depart for the return trip. The only downside was that the autumn illuminations were incredibly crowded!

Arrangement was easy and smooth, driver is very professional and gave clear instructions where to wait for him. I did not top up for name placard service. The provided car was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for this service especially when travelling with small kid.

The e-tickets are very convenient to use. It's recommended to go on weekdays when it's less crowded, so you can enjoy Mei-chan to your heart's content without time limits. The aquarium isn't large, but it has a great variety of activities and shows, so it's highly recommended if you have any favorite marine life.

There were no explanations inside the gondola, but that just made it seem like a simple way to enjoy the ropeway. The angle of the gondola increases along the way, so it's rare to see a ropeway where you can't see what's ahead. We were able to see Mt. Fuji, enjoy the surrounding scenery, and have lively conversations with my companions. Each area on the summit was well-maintained, so we were able to stroll around. The corner where you could enjoy the view with one drink was also nice. They offer a free postcard service in the park, so I wrote a message saying I'd like to come again and mailed it. I think it's a facility worth the price. Next time I'd like to visit between lunch and the evening.

Communication was smooth, the driver was very nice, drove very smoothly, and the car was very clean.
