- This call time on SIM card can be topped up at 7-11s. FamilyMarts within the card's validity period. The minimum top-up amount is NT$300. If the the top-up amount is not used up within validity period, it will not be refunded.
- Each traveler can only redeem 1 SIM card. Travelers must be over 18 years old to pick up the card, and please prepare two IDs for pick-up. The detailed rules are as follows:

How to Use

- Complete the real-name registration online before entering Taiwan. Redeem at the designated counter after arriving in Taiwan. This will expedite the process as it saves you the time of copying the IDs, filling out the application form and taking photos on-site
- Real-name registration and pick-up process:

- Upload the 2 IDs, flight ticket, and signature
- Present the real-name registration voucher QR code and passport at the designated pick-up counter for verification to pick up the SIM card

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
