Seeing the long queue for tickets before entering Hell, I decisively bought tickets online. Then, staff led me directly to the counter to exchange them for tickets – no queuing required! Afterwards, you receive a small booklet containing the seven hells, with blank pages at the back of each hell for you to stamp as a souvenir! Awesome!
Because we had two young children, we opted for airport pick-up and drop-off. Two days prior to departure, KKDAY customer service created a Line group for easy communication with the driver and to confirm the itinerary. On the day of the trip, the driver arrived early and clearly showed us the waiting location with pictures. The car was clean and tidy; overall, it was a very satisfactory experience.
Our driver and tour guide, Ms. Wang, was very thoughtful. The car was very clean, and the itinerary was smoothly arranged. When we boarded the ferry in Yanagawa, she went to the eel restaurant early to queue for our tickets, so we could enjoy delicious eel rice immediately after boarding. The next day, we also visited the beautiful and artsy Takeo Library, a shrine, and a sacred tree. It was a fulfilling but not rushed trip. Thank you, Ms. Wang!
Our tour guide, Zhu Zhu, was very enthusiastic and professional, offering many practical suggestions. She was very experienced and took care of both Chinese-speaking and Korean-speaking tourists. There was also another tour guide to help English-speaking tourists. The self-drive wildlife viewing experience at the zoo was novel and worthwhile, making it a very worthwhile trip!
