There were six of us in a large vehicle that took us to the airport. The driver helped with our luggage and drove very smoothly.

Liuchuan is beautiful, but it's very hot in summer. It would be better if the boat company had a shuttle bus; otherwise, you need to plan your time carefully. The bus only runs every 30 minutes, so be mindful of the timing because there's a boat-jumping performance that makes the cruise more interesting.

The grass turned into fog, and the Aso Boys event was temporarily suspended, which was a bit disappointing. However, the friendliness of the local merchants and the delicious souvenirs made up for the aforementioned shortcomings.

Compared to airplanes, although the flight takes longer, you can move around freely, lie down to rest, and even have a large public bath. Immigration is quick, and there are even people queuing with their suitcases – a very interesting first-time experience.
