the customer service is english speaking and responds fast. the driver can speak in english and directly takes us to our hotel. overall, i would recommend traveling via airport transfer especially when you are in a group as it allows unparalleled convenience vs commute.

First time of skiing which is nice and a wonderful experience as there has beautiful view, nice restaurant, comprehensive services. Definitely would recommend for the other travellers who are still considering or interested.

This tour avoids the hassle of waiting for transportation and the expense of staying in expensive local hotels, allowing for a day trip to Tokyo. Originally, I wanted to go to KKDay Nagano for two days and one night, but the tour was cancelled. Otherwise, I could have stayed at a hot spring hotel, which would have been cheaper. However, it's fortunate that Togakushi Shrine's inner shrine was closed, so not going was a good arrangement. It's important to check the shrine's closure status before departure. The only minor drawback of this tour was that the guide's Japanese-accented English was a bit difficult to understand. The time spent at the Iiyama Snow House could have been longer. I recommend this tour during winter.

The entire trip was great, the driver was very cooperative and had excellent service! Thank you so much to the driver for accommodating our itinerary. I'll definitely choose KKDoy car rental service again next time I have the chance.

Although the journey was long, the bus was very comfortable and went directly to the Naeba Hotel – great! I'll definitely take it again next time, instead of taking the train and transferring to the bus. The driver was incredibly skilled, and the 30-minute stop at the rest stop provided enough time to eat noodles.

The timing was well-managed, matching the itinerary. The tour guide spoke in Japanese, but surprisingly, there were English and Mandarin interpreters with the group, which was very thoughtful.
