  • Depending on the sea conditions on the day, the start time and program content may be changed, or the tour may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

  • ■ Clothing To ensure a smooth check-in and orientation, please arrive wearing your swimsuit. ■ Health condition To ensure your safety during the tour, please consult with us before booking if you fall into any of the following categories: - Have a history of or current respiratory, circulatory, or ear conditions - Have a history of epilepsy or loss of consciousness - Are pregnant or may be pregnant - Have difficulty walking or performing daily activities - Require special assistance or support due to a disability Depending on your health condition or the tour content, you may not be able to participate for safety reasons. Additionally, those who have been drinking alcohol cannot participate in the tour for safety management reasons. If you have any concerns about your medical history or health condition, please feel free to contact us before booking.

  • Rental items: Wetsuits are available for rent. - July-October: Paid - November-June: Free *Please inquire in advance regarding rental fees.

  • Duration comment: 150 minutes (120 minutes of activity time) or 330 minutes (300 minutes of activity time)

  • Minimum number of participants: 1 person

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
