The day trip to Gassho-zukuri Village and Mochi no Sato was very well planned and well worth the trip. Adults and children alike had a great time, and I would definitely take the day trip again if I had the chance.

The driver responded quickly and provided excellent service. They also provided a child seat as requested. I highly recommend using this pick-up and drop-off service!

The original itinerary was for July 30th, but the tour didn't make it to the scheduled departure date. KKDay informed me that I could change to a later, already booked tour. The communication was clear, timely, and excellent. The three-day itinerary was well-planned, especially the hotel on the first day, which was better than expected! The second day's itinerary required some physical exertion, like commuting uphill; those who enjoy transportation would likely appreciate it. The third day's visit to the Gassho-zukuri village was the grand finale, so I recommend conserving your energy for exploring. Our guide, Manman, was very helpful, providing many local details and recommending things to buy, enriching the trip. I especially loved the yogurt available at Kappa Bridge—it was delicious!

It was a fantastic itinerary, allowing us to easily visit two beautiful places by tour bus, saving us a lot of time. Since each type of transportation has its own specific departure times, and there were people to arrange and manage everything for us using all six types of transport, it saved us a lot of planning time, queuing, and waiting time – excellent! Our tour guide, Liu Mei, was also very attentive and considerate, providing dedicated service throughout the two-day trip. She took care of each of us wholeheartedly, even taking photos for every member of the group, and ensuring there was ample time at each attraction.

1. Our tour guide, Liu Chang, speaks fluent English and Chinese and provides clear and concise explanations. Before each group boards the bus, the friendly Liu is always waiting at the door with a flag, so there's no need to worry about finding the bus. 2. No need to transfer buses, saving time and providing a comfortable experience. The driver's smooth driving is reassuring. 3. The scenery at Kamikochi is beautiful and captivating. We'll have about 3.5 hours there. Walking to the Kappa Bridge area is relatively easy, but there are some shops and restaurants near the bridge. If you want to visit all of them (some food stalls may have queues), you should allow about an hour.

5G signal is almost available in the city. The native SIM card guarantees compatibility with tools like ChatGPT and Gemini. I've already repurchased it three times. Highly recommended! 3GB per day on average is more than enough. The only downside is that it only offers 4-day and 7-day options.
