Nantou

I highly recommend these two-day/one-night or three-day/two-night packages for those planning a trip to Nantou. They include a round-trip cable car ride to Sun Moon Lake and McDonald's ice cream cones. You get plenty of food and fun activities, and the lines at the amusement park are practically nonexistent. You can easily spend the whole day there.

There was a long line at the bus stop from Taichung High-Speed ​​Rail Station to Sun Moon Lake, and I was worried about what would happen, but they had added extra buses, so I only had to wait for one bus and was able to use the service surprisingly smoothly. You really just board by scanning the QR code on your voucher. I also enjoyed the scenery along the way.

The first floor of the main building houses the black tea production area, with a transparent production line allowing visitors to clearly observe the tea-making process. The second floor is the retail area, offering a wide variety of black tea products worth purchasing. The third floor also features black tea and tea eggs for tasting. Outdoors, there is a tea garden and landscaped courtyard.

The space is very comfortable. There are six dessert items and an ice cream. The ice cream spoon is made of seashell material, so you can take it home as a souvenir. There are also stamped postcards. The design is very nice. You can get off twice along the way to explore the area. I highly recommend visiting the Farmers' Association when you go to Toucheng.
