The renter must be at least 18 years old, hold a driver's license for more than one year, and use a valid credit card (excluding debit cards) to pay for the rental and related fees.
Required Documents: Taiwanese nationals: Original copy of the Republic of China ID card, the Republic of China driver's license, and a valid credit card.
Foreigners: Residence permit/passport, original copy of international driver's license/original copy of local driver's license, and valid credit card. (Subject to Article 55 of the Road Traffic Safety Regulations)
