How to Use

— Exchange Method —

  • Step 1: Products cannot be changed after ordering. Please provide your full English name, gender, date of birth, passport number, and nationality when booking. Children under six do not occupy a seat and do not need to purchase a pass
  • Step 2: After the booking, the passenger's email will receive a confirmation form and attachments. The attachment is the electronic ticket marked with the redemption code; the validity period of the electronic ticket is 89 days from the day after the ticket purchase date to complete the ticket exchange and boarding
  • Step 3: Please take the redemption code in the email attachment first and go to the "Order Management" of the Taiwan High-Speed Rail Pass official website to make an online reservation for the date, frequency, and time in advance. The reservation is only available within 29 days from the beginning of the day every week. On Fridays and Saturdays, it can be exchanged up to four weeks later until Sunday (based on Taiwan time). Obtain the reservation code after completing the reservation, and use it when picking up passes later
  • Example 1: Passenger A's redemption date is 2021/01/04 (Monday), and the passenger's first day of boarding can be specified up to 2021/02/01 (Monday)
