The default pick-up and drop-off points for this service are in Fukuoka City. If you need to pick up or drop off in a city other than Fukuoka City, a one-way empty vehicle compensation fee of 5,000 yen will be charged. If you board and alight in a city other than Fukuoka, a round-trip empty fare will apply, as follows:
* If you board in Fukuoka and alight outside of Fukuoka, you will need to pay the driver a one-way empty fare: ¥5,000 for 7-seater/10-seater/14-seater vehicles, and ¥10,000 for vehicles with 14 seats or more. Payment must be made in Japanese yen cash.

No refund will be given for the price difference if the private charter car trip ends early.
Surcharges (child safety seats, extra charges for remote areas, overtime fees for private charter car, and nighttime fees) must be paid in cash to the driver on the day of departure. If payment is refused, the driver has the right to refuse to carry passengers and will not provide a refund.
