Kusasenri

Our tour guide, Mr. Yin, was very friendly and took great care of the group members during the itinerary. It's a great option for those who haven't been there before.

The scenery along the way is beautiful, and the horses are very docile and easy to control. A certain level of stamina is required; if you don't exercise regularly, a 10-minute ride is recommended.

Our tour guide, EIICHI, was very patient and fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Although we encountered traffic congestion during the trip, she remained calm and led us through the entire journey.

Thank you to our tour guide, Cico, for his warm hospitality. Today, we joined a tour group to Takachiho and Mount Aso. There were over thirty people on the bus, accompanied by two guides. The group included Koreans, Americans, people from Hong Kong, and Taiwanese. The bus departed from Hakata Station in a lively atmosphere. After a two-hour drive, the first thing we did upon arrival was have lunch – a Miyazaki beef set meal. I thought it would be two thin slices of beef, but it turned out to be six large, thick-cut slices, served with local rice and drinks – truly satisfying! After lunch, we headed for a boat trip. The Chiho Gorge is beautiful. Walking along the Gose River, we could admire unique terrain such as the columnar jointed "Sennjin Screen Rock" and the 200-ton "Oni-Hachiroki Rock." The tour company had booked boats for us, so we could immediately hop on and paddle around – it was hilarious! 😂 Afterwards, we headed to Mount Aso. Actually, Mount Aso has been closed since the helicopter crash. Tourists can only see Aso smoking from afar in Kusasenri. We strolled around Kusasenri and bought Aso milk and ice cream at the visitor center. The roadside around Mount Aso was truly beautiful, and with today's great weather—blue skies, white clouds, and lush green trees—it was incredibly soothing. We finished our day's itinerary around 4 pm. On the way back, our guide, Liu Zhihong (Cico), shared a spot for enjoying the night view: a free rooftop garden on the tenth floor of the station! We took some beautiful photos of the moon, concluding our day's trip.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the tour itinerary. The schedule was fulfilling but not too rushed. My family and I had a great time and created many wonderful memories. I'm also very grateful to our tour guide, Sun Nan, for his professional explanations and assistance with taking photos, which made the whole trip relaxing and enjoyable. I look forward to participating again next time!
