Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free；Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. All of our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles, and smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited. If you need to bring a pet, please use a pet carrier or cage. A fee of NT$3,000–6,0000 will be charged for any violation；The renter must be the same as the actual driver. The rental contract must be signed and the car must be picked up by the renter in person. If the vehicle breaks down due to the renter's actions, such as running out of fuel, a flat tire, or requiring specialized towing (e.g., high-altitude rescue), the roadside assistance costs will be borne by the renter. 2. The destination for towing is the nearest warranty repair shop designated by Chih Hang Car Rental, but if the renter specifies a different location, the towing costs will be borne by the renter.；In case of emergencies, call 110 and notify Chih-Hang Car Rental or the rental office during the operating hours (0800-089-666, branch info). Assistance will be provided immediately.
