As a tourist we are usually not keeping much cash with us. This is why I appreciated this service as we did not have to pay tickets at the cashier on the spot but could buy online and pay by card. The Cosmo Clock worth the 1000 yen per person. There is a magnificent view from the top and if you are lucky you may see even Mt Fuji...

My family of 6 rode with Fukuyama-san over an 8-hour tour within Kawaguchiko and then back to Tokyo. He was professional and courteous and we really enjoyed chatting with him. My family is quite international and we could converse with him in different languages, which was a lot of fun. He knew Kawaguchiko well and could recommend the best places to visit and arrange logistics on where to park, drop us off, etc. He explained clearly the best places to meet back up and was continuously punctual. His car itself was clean and comfortable for all of us. On the drive back to Tokyo, we hit really bad traffic and he was mindful of when we might need a bathroom break so as also to optimize our return time. We would highly recommend him to others. The entire trip, from meeting to departure, was punctual. The itinerary was well-paced, ensuring even those with limited physical fitness wouldn't feel overly tired. The Hakone area boasts stunning scenery, and Arakura Sengen Park is a hidden gem for viewing Mount Fuji; every photo taken here is wallpaper-worthy. Our guide, Serina, provided excellent service, making the whole experience incredibly smooth!

I'm very satisfied because I can decide where to eat and where to go on the day itself, and I can enjoy a whole day with just this one ticket! I think it's pretty good value for money too!

Unlike roaming, it doesn't lag when used; the experience is quite good. It's worth buying if it's cheap. The card seems to have a phone number on it, but I haven't tested it by calling yet. It would be even better if I could leave my phone number to make restaurant reservations.
