- Airport transfer buses are seat-reserved; boarding is not possible once the bus is full, and standing is not permitted. If you have not reserved a seat, please choose your seat freely.
- Before use, please check if your intended route is temporarily suspended or not stopping. Please refer to the official Airport Limousine Bus website (please note that some stops are not available for electronic tickets; please refer to the information on this page for valid stops).
- Child fares apply to elementary school students (aged 6 to under 12, including those who are 12 years old). Children under 6 (pre-school) can travel for free but will not be provided with a seat. Please purchase a child ticket if a seat is required.
- This ticket is non-resalable. Any resale will render the ticket invalid.

- Only the 'Haneda Airport / Narita Airport ⮂ Tokyo City / Yokohama | Electronic One-Way Ticket' plan can be cancelled.
- To cancel or change your Airport Limousine Bus route, please contact the KKday Customer Service Center. Please note that the system can only process cancellations if no bus schedule has been reserved.
- If you wish to cancel an unused ticket, you must do so at least one hour before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations cannot be made if the deadline is missed.
- Other Airport Limousine Bus tickets and package tickets are non-refundable. Please take note of this.

Checked baggage must be within 50 x 60 x 120 cm and under 30 kg (please consult staff in advance). Each person is limited to 2 pieces. Please note that additional fees may apply for luggage exceeding these dimensions.
Please do not store the following items in the bus luggage compartment. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by storing: cash, securities, precious metals, collectibles, and other valuables; as well as fragile items such as cameras and glassware.

If your booked bus service is temporarily cancelled or changed, our staff will assist you in transferring to another service and seat.
Please keep track of your bus departure time after booking. You are responsible for any missed buses due to personal reasons.
If you have reserved a time slot but are delayed due to customs, you can cancel the original reservation for free up to 5 minutes before departure and make a new reservation.
