My son and I went on Sunday, August 2nd, around 11am. We paid the 2000 yen parking fee and parked our car in parking lot number 9, which is quite a bit downhill. A shuttle bus came right away, and we were at the ropeway entrance in about 3 minutes. For a Sunday during summer vacation, the line wasn't too long. We had purchased our ropeway tickets in advance, so we went straight to the boarding gate. We were told it was the next ropeway right in front of us, but apparently there was an extra service today, so we only had to wait about 5 minutes. Normally, there's one every 15 minutes. The mountaintop was unbelievably cool, which was amazing. It was 37 degrees Celsius on the ground, but only about 28 degrees up there. The sun was strong, so be sure to apply plenty of sunscreen. The food was a bit pricey, but there was no line at all at 12pm. A hamburger steak and a fillet steak for two cost about 8000 yen, definitely for the elite 😅 In the afternoon, my son and I tried the zipline. The staff were very kind, and my first-grade son and I had a blast. We skied a total of six runs, but there were occasional uphill sections, which seemed a bit tough for the kids. They slept soundly in the car afterwards.
This day trip left a very good impression on me. Although it was only a short day, the organizer's dedication was evident in both the itinerary and the quality of service. What impressed me most was the service attitude of the customer service staff and driver; they were not only friendly and polite but also very patient. Any questions or needs during the trip could be raised at any time, and they were always willing to discuss and assist in resolving them. This made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the trip. July is the height of summer, and the weather is extremely hot. Driving yourself would require not only focused driving but also considerable effort in planning routes and finding parking, which would be physically demanding. The biggest advantage of this day trip was that I didn't have to drive myself, allowing me to focus entirely on enjoying the scenery and the journey. At each attraction, I could easily get off and explore, then return to the comfortable air-conditioned vehicle to rest and recharge before heading to the next destination. This arrangement was especially thoughtful in the hot summer and significantly enhanced the quality of the trip. Furthermore, the driver drove smoothly and provided relevant information along the way, making the entire journey even more fulfilling. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, making for a very relaxing ride. Before I knew it, the day's itinerary was complete. Even though there were distances between attractions, I didn't feel tired from the journey; instead, I maintained a pleasant mood and fully enjoyed the unique features and scenery of each stop. Overall, this day trip made me realize that sometimes the most important thing about travel isn't just which attractions you visit, but whether you can enjoy the journey with a relaxed and happy mindset. The excellent service, comfortable transportation, and thoughtful arrangements all made this trip even better. If I have the opportunity to travel to other places in the future, I will prioritize similar chartered car or day trip itineraries. They not only save time and effort but also allow more time for the trip itself, so I can enjoy every wonderful moment.

The price was reasonable, and the driver was a friendly, professional, and attentive woman who would give brief introductions to the attractions along the way and provide more tailored itineraries to the passengers' needs. The company was a legally registered car rental company with a green license plate, and the owner was from Taiwan. She would proactively contact the driver three days before departure to inquire about the route, so there was no need to worry about not being able to reach her. It was the most professional and highly recommended car rental company I had used in Japan so far.
The driver was talkative and polite, the vehicle was very clean and comfortable, and he spoke Chinese.
