- In principle, for orders placed after the end of November, we will complete the confirmation and send the voucher within 2 business days (excluding holidays); however, for orders placed before the end of November, even if the supplier has confirmed the order, the voucher is expected to be sent at the end of November. Please be aware of this.
- KKday only sells one-way tickets. If you need round-trip tickets, please book them separately.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, changes to the showtime will not be accepted. Please board/disembark at the designated time and location.
- The vehicle incorporates technologies such as ionization and has undergone antibacterial and antiviral treatments to maintain ventilation.

The boarding section can only be changed once, and the request must be submitted at least 10 days before the boarding date; other changes (such as changes to the boarding date) will not be accepted.

- For cancellations made at least 32 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 15% will apply
- For cancellations made 16 to 31 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
