The staff were very friendly. Although the tickets were only valid for the day of purchase, they reminded me that if the weather was bad on my way to Kawagoe, the tickets were valid for a month and could be exchanged. Don't be like me, thinking the tickets were expired and buying another one the next day.
It took some time to find the entrance that day; the exit was too obvious, but the entrance was on the opposite basement level. Once inside, the experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and there were multiple photo spots. We ended up spending more time there than expected, and the wait in line wasn't too long. A very enjoyable day!
For me, the price wasn't cheap, but this kind of experience is rare. The staff were friendly and would offer to hold and pet the pigs. The little pigs were also very cute, so it was worth a try.
This trip was a solo trip with my child. Although the aquarium wasn't large, it was well-equipped and perfect for elementary school students. After seeing the main attractions, the seals and jellyfish, there was a restaurant right next to the exit where you could dine while watching the animals. After eating, we went straight to see the penguins.
