He explained the attractions at each point well and added various knowledge. The guide was friendly. For lunch, he recommended a seafood restaurant that was delicious and fresh. This was my first time renting a car through kkday. Overall, the service was very efficient and excellent. From the instant responses from kkday customer service (usually within a day) to the follow-up contact from the rental company, it was easy to adjust and manage my itinerary. I'll definitely book a car through this platform again. The only caveat is that the platform only displays the rental amount, without specifically mentioning the potential mileage and the cost of purchasing zero-deductible insurance. It also doesn't clearly explain the billing methods for late returns or returning the car to a different location, making it easy to miscalculate your budget. During the holiday, I rented a car for 24 hours. The platform listed the rental price as NT$1,750, but I actually had to add NT$267 in ETC tolls, NT$1,885 in mileage fees, and NT$450 in zero-deductible insurance. For a total of 29 hours, the cost was NT$4,352. While it's still not cheap, the overall service was excellent, and the car was in excellent condition.
