The snow park was beautiful, but the optional attractions were all enclosed in fenced areas, limiting the area and time available for enjoyment. It's more suitable for families, which is a bit of a shame. Every attraction was beautiful; Otaru during the day and Shiroi Koibito Park at night were truly magical. The tour guide was very attentive, explaining each attraction and recommending souvenirs suitable for Hokkaido. Any questions were promptly addressed and responded to. I was very satisfied with the entire trip! 👍
You can get cute postcards with the package ticket. Arrive early to avoid queues; the mountaintop scenery is beautiful and you can have a blast playing in the snow.
A very good charter service experience. Customer service contact was very quick. It was my first time in Hokkaido, and even though it was snowing heavily, driver Kevin was able to pick me up on time and answer my questions.
It's convenient, fast, and the process isn't too complicated. You can pre-select a later train to reserve a seat and ensure you have a designated seat. You can also tell the station staff in advance that you can change to an earlier train to get a non-reserved seat!
