Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, road conditions, road closures, traffic control, or temporary facility closures, the driver may adjust the order of attractions, duration of stay, or arrange reasonable alternative attractions based on the situation on the day. Winter road conditions may affect travel time, and safety is the priority for all itineraries. During winter, the Shirogane Blue Pond is covered in ice and snow, and we cannot guarantee the visibility of the blue water. Attractions like Asahiyama Zoo have scheduled closing days; please check their operating days for winter itineraries.

Travelers may adjust the duration of stay at attractions, lunch locations, the order of some attractions, remove attractions, or swap for nearby attractions in the same direction, provided it is within a reasonable range. If you need to add long-distance attractions, cross-region travel, or significantly change the recommended route, please contact Customer Support before booking to confirm feasibility and any additional costs. Overtime fees will apply if the service duration is exceeded due to the traveler adding attractions or significantly extending stay times.

- Please choose the appropriate vehicle based on the actual number of passengers and the size/quantity of luggage. If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle, additional charges such as vehicle upgrade fees may apply. If passengers fail to depart on time at the scheduled booking time, the service duration will still be calculated from the original scheduled time.
- If the vehicle cannot stop at the pickup or drop-off location due to road conditions or traffic regulations, please cooperate by boarding or alighting at a nearby location where it is legal to stop.
- This product is a private tour service and is not a professional tour guide service. A Chinese-speaking driver is provided for the entire trip, responsible for safe driving, hotel and attraction transfers, traffic coordination, and basic communication. The driver will not accompany you into attractions to provide professional historical, cultural, or attraction commentary. If you require a professional tour guide to accompany you throughout the trip, please inquire separately before booking.
- The attractions listed in the private tour routes are recommended combinations. The actual order of visits and duration of stay can be flexibly adjusted based on passenger needs, traffic conditions on the day, and attraction operating status.
- To ensure a smooth itinerary, the driver may suggest adjustments to the order of attractions, duration of stay, or return time based on traffic conditions on the day.

Child safety seat fee
・One child safety seat can be provided per vehicle free of charge.
・A fee of JPY 2,000 applies for each additional seat.
Overtime fee
If the actual usage time exceeds the service hours included in your package (10 or 12 hours, depending on the selected package), an overtime fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will be charged. Please pay this directly to the driver in cash on the day of the tour.
Nighttime fee
For night charters (22:00-07:00), an additional fee of JPY 3,000 per hour applies, to be paid in cash to the driver on the day of the tour.
Reminders
When booking, please provide your mobile number and a contactable app account such as LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, or Kakao (please ensure that the 'add friend' setting is enabled so we can contact you in a timely manner).
When booking, please select the number of passengers (infants and children must be included in the passenger count), as well as the number and size of luggage.
Itinerary adjustments are generally based on the recommended routes and areas in the same direction as shown in the product. The itinerary will be flexibly adjusted based on weather, traffic conditions, and the operating status of each attraction on the day. In the event of attraction closures, temporary maintenance, event restrictions, or poor weather, some attractions may be canceled, stay durations shortened, or replaced with alternative attractions to ensure traveler safety and a smooth itinerary.
