I usually book a car from the hotel to the airport through another platform, but this was my first time booking through KK Day. The driver was excellent; he arrived half an hour early and sent me several photos to make sure the pick-up location was correct. He even waited for me downstairs at the hotel with a sign, just like picking me up at the airport! He also proactively helped with my luggage. I had five large suitcases this time, and he helped me load all of them into the car on the slippery, icy road. He was truly a top-notch driver!
A very good charter service experience. Customer service contact was very quick. It was my first time in Hokkaido, and even though it was snowing heavily, driver Kevin was able to pick me up on time and answer my questions.
Our guide, Nana, was very gentle and patiently explained everything. Although the ski resort was crowded, it was very orderly, and the food was delicious. As it was our first time skiing, we didn't want to leave at all!
Good vibes, great itinerary, comfortable vehicle, supportive and friendly tour guide from PST Travel, Jeremy who is a trilingual speaking both English, mandarin and Japanese- he was funny and informative, I appreciate that there were moments of silence for us to rest during the journey too as all of us are tired from waking up earlier and long car rides. He brings us to instaworthy spots and helped to take pictures, he also kindly provided us with food recommendations and any other info u need for traveling in Japan. As a solo traveler, I feel safe and well taken care of. Gold class tour guide, he deserves an accolade for his above & beyond services. Kudos
