The driver arrived at the airport early and proactively messaged us to tell us where to pick us up and his license plate number, so we didn't have to look for him at all. He was incredibly efficient in helping us with our large luggage, drove smoothly and quickly, didn't take any detours, and arrived at the hotel on time. He didn't say a single unnecessary word throughout the entire trip. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely book with this company again next time!
This was my first time visiting these attractions. While the Fengping Gorge in June lacked the vibrant autumn foliage, the lush greenery was still incredibly beautiful. Soaking my feet in the Jozankei Creek was also very relaxing; the environment was beautiful and clean, definitely worth a visit. We continued to Lake Toya, experiencing the natural landscape left by the volcano and enjoying afternoon tea by the lake – a truly pleasant and leisurely experience. At Mt. Usu, unfortunately, the weather wasn't good enough to take the cable car to admire the magnificent volcanic scenery. Instead, we went to the bear ranch to feed the bears, a very interesting and unique experience – the bears were so cute!! The small group made the trip even more memorable. Thank you to our professional and incredibly enthusiastic guides, Ah-Feng and Kevin, for their explanations, and for taking so many beautiful photos with their professional camera. A huge thank you to them! I highly recommend them!
This tour, handled by easy go, was excellent! Our guide, Ms. ViVi, explained the sights very clearly. She has superb language skills, explaining each attraction in Mandarin, English, and Japanese – very professional! The scenery at Shiroi Koibito Park was beautiful, and the seafood at the seafood market was delicious. However, if the itinerary had included spending more time at the Buddhist temple and the Giant Statue, it would have been even better. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip.
The ticket collection staff at Sapporo TV were very helpful in explaining and assisting with booking the Kappa bus.
