The flight was a bit delayed, and the wait for luggage at the small airport was a bit long, but the service was still very friendly. The pick-up and drop-off service in Hokkaido made us very happy and excited, and we would give it a 100 out of 100.

Our winter trip to Hakodate, Hokkaido in 2026, which we initially thought would just be a small part of our itinerary, turned out to be the most satisfying and unforgettable memory for our whole family. We had booked a "Hakodate Meiji Museum Kimono Experience" in advance through KKDAY. The gentleman who greeted us was incredibly kind, humorous, and professional. He meticulously assisted us with everything from choosing kimonos and the details of wearing them to the overall coordination, allowing the children to confidently select styles they truly loved. Even though the temperature was below 0 degrees Celsius that day, strolling through the red-brick warehouse complex in kimonos, with sunlight streaming in and occasional light snowfalls, was breathtakingly beautiful. What was even more touching was that when we returned the kimonos, the staff proactively took photos and videos for us, fully demonstrating the dedication and care of Japanese artisans. What was originally planned as a little over an hour's trip unexpectedly extended to nearly three hours, but we didn't feel tired at all, only filled with happiness and emotion. Watching our two children getting dressed and taking photos so earnestly, I even had the illusion that "they're already grown up enough to get married" (laughs). This is more than just a kimono experience; it's a beautiful memory you'll cherish for years to come. Highly recommended for travelers visiting Hakodate, whether with family, friends, or couples.
