The night view from Mount Moiwa is truly amazing, but even in June the weather is still quite chilly, so remember to bring a jacket if you're planning to come.

The driver arrived on time and helped with our bags to the vehicle. The journey was smooth and he was a careful driver.

Communication was clear. Driver YH was always punctual and ready to pick you after you are done with the spots. I am prone to motion sickness, but the journey was exceptionally smooth and comfortable. I was even able to enjoy a good nap during the journey. The rides were smooth, quiet, and stress-free throughout the trip. She provided useful suggestions and local tips along the way. At each stop, she clearly informed us how much time we had, which helped us manage our schedule and enjoy each location without feeling rushed. One thing to note is that toll charges and parking fees are not included in the quoted price and will need to be settled directly with the driver at the end of the trip. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a safe, skilled, and reliable driver. We would not hesitate to book again and highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Hokkaido.

The car was comfortable and clean. Most trips to Hokkaido are limited by travel time, but thankfully we chose this service beforehand. We could arrange our own time at each attraction, unlike group tours where we were rushed to meet set times. We could enjoy the trip freely at our own pace. Our driver was a very professional and attentive lady. She drove us from Hakodate to Sapporo, and then continued through Noboribetsu, Jigokudani, Blue Pond, Biei, and Furano, providing excellent service throughout! She was also very helpful with any information we needed during the trip, proving she's a well-prepared and professional driver! I will definitely use her again next time I go to Hokkaido. As a solo traveller, i felt safe on this tour, which covered so many places. Our entertaining guide, Oscar, is effectively trilingual - switching between English, Japanese, and Mandarin with ease. There is a 2 hour interval at Otaru, with enough time to have a quick lunch and self-explore the canals, venetian glass museum, music box museum, and a street full of beautiful shops. It's a tour i would highly recommend if you want a bang for your buck!
