The temperature will be 10℃ to 15℃ lower than at sea level, so please bring a jacket. Also, the road surface is slippery, so please wear light hiking boots or other comfortable shoes.
Regarding seats on transportation: In order to ensure the smooth operation of group tours, we ask that you leave the allocation of seats on transportation (buses, trains, etc.) used during the trip and at facilities with designated seats to us. Please note that seats on buses, trains, etc. may be spaced apart or in front of or behind each other, even if you are part of a group.

This tour has a maximum capacity of 46 people per bus. Please note that there may be shared seats on the bus.
As the tour conductor will departure from Himeji Station, the meeting point at Shin-Osaka Station or Kyoto Station will be on the train (intermediate boarding). Please board the train indicated in the travel guide that will be sent to you 5 days before the trip departure. You will be responsible for the entrance fee to the intermediary boarding station.
However, depending on the number of people in your group, the tour conductor may check you in at Shin-Osaka Station. In that case, the meeting place and time will be provided in the travel guide. Please note that the meeting time is scheduled to be about 30 minutes before the train departure time, so you may meet at Shin-Osaka Station around 6:30.
If an infant accompanies you, they will not be counted in the number of people for the room type. Regarding infant fees: Preschool children aged 3 to 6 will be charged 33,000 yen per person for bus seat fees and facility usage fees. Meals, bedding, etc. are not included, and JR fares are not included. Please note. If meals or JR seats are required, a child's fee (same price as an adult) will apply.
