Thank you to RICO, our kind and attentive tour leader, for his patient explanations and clear English pronunciation, which made for a wonderful experience. The two drivers were also very professional and friendly, with excellent driving skills, making the journey smooth. Thank you also to the man who speaks Chinese and was very helpful at the meeting point. It was a fantastic trip; the snow monkeys were adorable. Although the journey was a bit long, the snow hut scenery was beautiful. It's a pity we only had a 30-minute stop. We made it back to Shinjuku safely before 8:30 PM. If we could have stayed an extra 10-15 minutes, the activity time would have been more ample. Overall, highly recommended!

the customer service is english speaking and responds fast. the driver can speak in english and directly takes us to our hotel. overall, i would recommend traveling via airport transfer especially when you are in a group as it allows unparalleled convenience vs commute.

I highly recommend driver Makoto Takada! His driving skills are professional and smooth, and his coordination with the itinerary is extremely efficient and adaptable. When a friend or family member in our group was unwell, Mr. Takada thoughtfully helped them return home early to rest. Before the trip, he also meticulously reminded us about ticket reservations and time management, allowing us to enjoy each day's itinerary with ease and pleasure. It was a perfect travel experience, and we are so grateful for his professional guidance!

I redeemed the JR Tokyo Wide Pass directly at Narita Airport this time. The process was smooth and the instructions were clear, which was a big plus as I didn't have to go to a counter in the city. For someone who had just landed and still had luggage, less travel meant less expense, so the overall first impression was that it was "friendly to beginners." 🧳🗺️ In actual use, the biggest advantage is the wide range of routes covered. Places near Tokyo like Karuizawa, Kawaguchiko, and Nikko can all be covered in one trip. 🚄 As long as the itinerary is planned in advance, taking JR trains for long distances over several consecutive days quickly recoups the cost, making it very cost-effective. Seating arrangements and transfers were also smooth, requiring minimal planning. 📍 Overall, this pass is suitable for "itinerary-oriented" travelers. Those who plan their routes in advance and focus on key destinations will benefit the most. It's not for impromptu, random travel, but as long as the direction is clear, transportation costs can be kept very low. 💡
