－ About the Sagano Romantic Train －
- To ensure smooth boarding, passengers must present an electronic or printed voucher that displays the 'Seat Number' to station staff. Failure to do so may result in being denied boarding.
- Please note that no refunds will be provided if you are denied boarding due to failure to present a voucher with a seat number.
－ Hankyu Tourist Pass －
- An electronic ticket that allows unlimited rides on all Hankyu Railway lines (excluding the Kobe Kosoku Line) connecting Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, and Takarazuka for any 1 day.
The Sagano Romantic Train is a 7.3 km long sightseeing railway connecting Arashiyama, Kyoto, and Kameoka.
Riding the train through the tunnel of autumn leaves is a unique and charming experience.
Don't miss the cherry blossom tunnel formed by 700 cherry trees along the tracks in spring.

- Seats are automatically assigned at the time of purchase. Please note that we cannot guarantee adjacent seats even if you purchase tickets together.
- Please note that if you get off at an intermediate station, you will not be able to re-board.
- You may board the train from any station along the route. Please check the train schedule yourself before boarding.
- Please note that the boarding date and time cannot be changed after purchase.
- You can change your seat up to 3 times within 2 days before the boarding date. Please use your voucher to change your seat after purchase.
- Please note that the seat change button will not be displayed if you exceed the allowed number of seat changes or the allowed time for changes.

- You can purchase up to 4 tickets at a time, but all users must travel together and cannot separate during use. If you wish to travel individually or use the tickets separately, please purchase them separately.
- Please use a smartphone with internet access and a camera function.
※ This activity is not compatible with feature phones (non-smartphones). - This e-ticket cannot be used in combination with other tickets or transport cards, and cannot be used at fare adjustment machines.

- Due to disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, the railway operator (service provider) may temporarily suspend or interrupt all or part of the e-ticket service without prior notice.

- This ticket is valid for one day from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day. Please be sure to click the 'Start Use' button after 3:00 AM on the day of the activity. Please note that if you click the 'Start Use' button between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, the ticket will expire at 3:00 AM on that same day.
- This e-ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of carriage.
- Please note that the voucher for the Hankyu Tourist Pass is different from the one for the Sagano Romantic Train one-way e-ticket.

Please wear a mask at all times while on the train and refrain from speaking loudly (except for young children).
In addition to heatstroke prevention measures, please do not eat or drink inside the train.
Please keep small pets such as cats and dogs entirely inside a pet carrier (length within 70 cm, total length, width, and height within 90 cm, or total weight of cage and pet under 10 kg). Ensure the pet's head or body does not protrude from the cage while on board.
Strollers can be folded and brought on board, but bicycles are not permitted.
There is no need to exchange at the counter. Please be sure to present the electronic ticket link to the staff for verification when boarding.
