Highway tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip will be reimbursed on a reimbursement basis and must be paid to the driver in cash at the end of the trip.
The first child seat (0-6 years old) is provided free of charge, and the second one will be charged 1,250 yen per day. Please note it in advance and reserve it through the product page.
If you use the vehicle overtime, an overtime fee of 10,000 yen per hour will be charged (exceeding 15 minutes will be considered 1 hour).
The default pick-up and drop-off locations for private charter car trips are within Fukuoka City. If you pick up or drop off at other locations, the car rental time will be changed to 8 hours, and an additional empty car fee of 5,000 to 10,000 yen will be required. Please pay the driver in cash on the day of the trip.
If you need to private charter car for multiple days and the driver needs to stay overnight outside of Fukuoka City, you will need to pay the driver's overnight fee on the day of travel. The fee will vary depending on the season and region, and is expected to be between 8,000 and 15,000 yen per day.
If a passenger causes serious damage to the vehicle during the ride (such as vomiting, odor, or other situations that are difficult to clean), a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
If you encounter unforeseen events or extreme weather that affect your trip, customer service will notify you separately. In this case, you can choose to reschedule or get a full refund. If you request to reschedule or cancel, please contact customer service as soon as possible and provide relevant proof. Customer service will handle it at its discretion.
Please be sure to note the correct number of people and luggage when placing an order. If the number of people or luggage on the day of travel exceeds the upper limit, the driver has the right to refuse to pick you up and no refund will be given.
On the day of travel, in order to ensure your trip is smoother, the driver will suggest a return time based on traffic conditions, and may adjust the order of attractions. Please be aware.
The time of use on the day of travel is based on the travel time confirmed before the trip. If the guest is late, the driver will suggest shortening the trip according to the situation. If the guest chooses not to shorten the trip and causes overtime, an overtime fee will be charged.
If you need to make any changes to your itinerary, please submit your request at least 48 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.
