Yufuin

Good trip! I have seen many animals with my own eyes, this trip is really eye-opening! The itinerary is rich and not urgent, comfortable to walk the whole trip, the tour guide is very funny, unfortunately the weather is not good, otherwise it would be perfect ❤️👍🏻

This itinerary included a trip to Yufuin, with a short ride on the Yufuin no Mori train, which I found quite fun. Women never have enough time to shop, and I also ate a lot of delicious food. Dazaifu is also a great place to explore. This trip is definitely worth visiting again. Our local Japanese guide, Eiichi, added us to a social media group the night before and provided us with information to prepare for the trip. The day's activities were well-planned, and he thoughtfully recommended local restaurants. He managed the time well, ensuring we returned to Hakata on time.

Our tour guide, Cai-san, was amazing! She recommended so many fantastic restaurants and took great care of everyone throughout the trip! The itinerary can be booked through her, which saves a lot of trouble. We took the 1717 bus, and there was plenty of time to explore Yufuin, even have a meal there!

I felt it was a great deal because you can recoup the cost just by making a round trip within Kyushu. The payment method is also simple, making it very convenient to use.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this day trip to Kyushu, and I especially want to thank our tour guide, Lily! She was incredibly kind and patiently introduced each attraction along the way, and even enthusiastically recommended restaurants near Hakata Station, ensuring we had a great time eating after the trip. Our first stop, Lake Kinrin in Yufuin, was truly beautiful. The lake was calm, and the surrounding scenery was delightful, perfect for a leisurely stroll and taking photos. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time for a day trip, so we could only briefly visit. Next time, I definitely want to find an opportunity to stay overnight in Yufuin and fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this hot spring town. Next, we went to the Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) in Beppu. The cobalt blue hot spring pools were stunning and lived up to their name. However, to be honest, the "Hell" series of attractions is more like a small garden; it's primarily for sightseeing. If you have high expectations, it might feel a bit small. I recommend approaching it with a relaxed mindset. The most delightful surprise was Frog Temple! This is an urban temple located in the city center, filled with many interestingly designed Buddha statues and frog decorations. There are photo opportunities everywhere, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Walking around it was very soothing, and I highly recommend everyone to visit. Overall, the itinerary was well-organized and the tour guide was attentive. It's perfect for first-time visitors to Kyushu who want to visit multiple attractions in one day. I highly recommend it!

Thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Zheng, for your kind and professional guidance. Joining a tour without much hassle was a great choice; the entire trip went smoothly without feeling rushed. I'd love to join another tour next time, even if it's a different kind of tour.

We were lucky with the great weather; there was a bit of traffic, but it didn't delay our trip. Our guide, Xiao Liu, was very dedicated and responsible. The bus was packed, indicating it's a popular tour. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't quite enough, but with autumn approaching, this shouldn't be a problem. Actually, these attractions are all very beautiful, comfortable, classic, and energizing places, worth spending half a day or a full day visiting. However, my friend and I were short on time this time, so we signed up for a one-day tour to get a quick look, and we felt a little disappointed. Don't worry about anything else; solo travelers or groups of three can easily find suitable companions for a great experience! We got off at Hakata Station around dinner time, which was perfect for finding food and buying souvenirs.

The driver was kind and friendly. My family was satisfied because the car was brand new. Thank you for driving safely even in the rain.
