We had a wonderful trip to Kyushu! Our driver (Xiao Liu) was incredibly kind and professional. He was very attentive from pick-up to drop-off at the attractions, and his driving was smooth and safe, which made us feel very safe traveling with our children. Although we encountered traffic and almost missed one of our planned activities, the driver proactively helped contact the businesses and coordinate the time, ensuring we were able to participate in the activity in the end. We were truly grateful. He handled any unexpected situations very well, demonstrating his strong sense of responsibility. Furthermore, the driver was very familiar with the local roads and attractions and shared a lot of useful travel information, making the entire trip much smoother. The car was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent; our whole family was very satisfied.
