- JR West All Area Pass
Take unlimited rides on the following designated trains within the designated valid period of 7 consecutive days:
- Reserved seats on the Sanyo Shinkansen (ordinary train reserved seats) (Shin-Osaka–Hakata)
** Valid for "Hello Kitty Shinkansen" - Hokuriku Shinkansen (Tsuruga–Joetsu-Myoko)
** Not applicable between Conventional Line Tsuruga and Kanazawa - Limited express trains such as Haruka, Kuroshio, Thunderbird, Kounotori, Yakumo, Super Hakuto (including Kamigori–Chizu)
** All cars of Kuroshio, Kounotori, Kinosaki, Hashidate, and Maizuru Thunderbird, Shirasagi, Super Hakuto, Super Inaba, Yakumo are strictly reserved seating-only. Please book for reserved seats before boarding the train - Special Rapid Services, Rapid Services, and Local trains on JR West Conventional lines

- West Japan JR Bus routes within the valid area. The pass cannot be used on expressway buses.*

• If the ticket machine is out of service or you do not have a biometric passport, please visit the designated stations and redeem the pass at the green ticket booth - JR West Ticket Office: Present your e-voucher and passport to the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi, AKA Green Window) to exchange for a physical ticket
** ID verification is not required for collection from the ticket vending machine; however, if you exchange at a manned counter, the staff will verify the name on the voucher and passport
** The ticket vending machines are only for travelers with a biometric passport. If your passport does not have an IC chip or does not work at the ticket vending machine, please visit a manned ticket office - Collect reserved seat ticket: Please redeem the ticket at a Green Window or green ticket machine before using

• If you've run out of reserved seat quota or haven't redeemed the reserved seat ticket, you can still use the pass for unreserved seats
• Passes that include unlimited reserved seats: if using the 7th or more times, please go to a Green Window to reserve manually and do not redeem at the machine

Purchase Notice
- This pass is only open for orders within 3 months from today
- Adult or child pass holders can bring up to 2 children (1–5 years old) for free; however, a separate ticket is required for the 3rd kid
- Children under 1 year old can ride trains for free
- The following circumstances require each child to purchase a child pass:
- When the child takes their own reserved seat in an ordinary car (ordinary car reserved seat)

- This pass holder must hold a passport issued by a foreign government and enter Japan as a "Temporary Visitor (短期滞在)"
- This pass is not available for long-term foreign residents holding a student or work visa
Reminders
Passengers may bring carry-on bags (H+L+D < 250cm, & L < 2m) and 2 pieces of luggage under 30 kg (excluding umbrellas, crutches, carry-on luggage, backpacks, etc.)
Once the pass is used, the validity cannot be extended for reasons such as train suspension or service delays
If the pass is in use and then the train got delayed or suspended due to weather conditions, refund will not be provided
[Refund Policy] To request a refund after you have redeemed your ticket, please head to a station Green Window and pay a handling fee (10% of the purchase price) to process the refund
Refunds cannot be requested if the pass has already been used or has expired
Passengers are not allowed to purchase or exchange more than 1 of the same ticket for the same use period
