Kanazawa

The driver is very helpful with the luggages, is early, and very polite. The van is very comfortable.

Although I had no choice but to select this tour package because there were no Korean-speaking guided tours available departing from Kanazawa, thanks to the incredibly kind Guide Wang Witi, I was able to have a comfortable and wonderful time. I heard that Lion Travel Agency is headquartered in Taiwan, and perhaps that is why it seemed that all the other passengers, except for us, were Taiwanese. The Taiwanese travelers we toured with were also wonderful people who were kind and polite. The cost of about 270,000 won might seem expensive, but considering that the one-way toll for the Alpine Route section alone is around 100,000 won, the actual cost of the day tour seems to be about 170,000 won. Since 170,000 won is almost the same as the public transportation fares between Kanazawa and Tateyama or between Ogizawa and Kanazawa, I think a day tour that includes a packed lunch is actually cheaper and more convenient. However, please note that the lunch box consists of sushi made with cold fish such as mackerel and salmon, so if you are sensitive to fishy smells, you might have trouble with lunch. After experiencing the crowded and chaotic conditions at every station of the cable cars, buses, and ropeways along the Alpine Route, I feel that I made the right decision to go on a tour package led by a guide.

Overall, it was pretty good, and the hotel was okay too. However, the breakfast time was a bit short; it would have been better to go down earlier.

Unlike roaming, it doesn't lag when used; the experience is quite good. It's worth buying if it's cheap. The card seems to have a phone number on it, but I haven't tested it by calling yet. It would be even better if I could leave my phone number to make restaurant reservations.

The tour guide was very friendly, and I was lucky that the weather was great, there weren't many people, and I had plenty of time to walk around and explore each attraction.

This ticket helps me get to my destinations quickly, without having to wait too long on the road. It's suitable for a 4-day trip to specific locations, eliminating the need to waste time buying tickets. It also saves you on transportation costs. If you're making multiple trips, it's the most worthwhile option. However, these destinations are all in the city, so you need to consider the convenience of your hotel.
