They were very dependable. They texted me a day before and introduced themselves. Leave me a contact number in case I had problem. I arrived at first and I could not find them. I called and as promised they were there. Fast as well and saved me a lot of time from queuing. Whole process took about 10 - 15 minutes. It just so happens that immigration had a crew change otherwise would have been faster. Overall, worth paying and I am satisfied

very impressed overall. great value. cable car is good, aqua park fabulous value and not nearly as busy as we expected. the slides were of a good standard. the park as a whole was much better than anticipated and so was the lunch (included with the ticket price). very good food considering it was being prepared on an industrial scale. a bit frustrating not being able to find a seat easily to sit down and eat, but other than that we found the whole day to be highly enjoyable, and of course, one of the highlights was the aqua show which we watched from Kiss Bridge.... phenomenal performance!

One of the highlights of our trip, definitely an unforgetable experience. We wished we could've snorkelled longer.

Used it in HK, Japan (transit), USA, Mexico, and Canada and never had a problem with it. Only 4G but the speed was sufficient for my browsing needs which mostly consisted of google maps, messaging apps, tiktok, and google search. The free 15 minute call credit was also super useful. Will definitely repurchase in my next trip!

At the beginning, Fairy Stream is a gentle, barefoot walk, and you can easily cut your feet on the rocks, so be careful. The small fishing village we visited later also had some water, and we didn't really know what to see because we didn't have enough time. Later, at the White Sand Dunes, you really need to buy an ATV – it's incredibly fun! It costs 800 VND for 20 minutes to ride yourself, or you can hire a driver for 300 VND. After riding yourself, there are some photo spots and sandboarding – so much fun! Finally, we went to the Red Sand Dunes to watch the sunset, which was quite nice. The guide and driver didn't really give much of a tour guide; they just told us when to meet and let us explore on our own. However, his jeep photography skills were amazing. The long-distance sleeper bus was a good option.
