Departure Instruction for HOCHIMINH (Meeting point is Between counters E and F counter - please refer to the photo):
1. Please meet at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours (at least 1 and a half hours if customers book a premium package) before departure time.
2. Customers go to the airline and check in first by themselves and message us on their way to the E-F counter, then our staff will be there soon to meet them (we will come quickly, please wait for us). Our staff will hold the sign “Round Plus”.
3. Customers must contact us before the Date of use for the meeting time confirmation. If customers are running late or early, they must inform us before heading to the airport.
4. Once the customer has been handed over to the immigration officer during departure, our staff cannot enter that line.
