Day 1 Itinerary
Meet at 8:30 AM at the ministop Tsubakimachi store at the Taiko-dori Exit of Nagoya Station and depart.
11:00 Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri Village (90 minutes)
13:40 Hida Takayama (150 minutes, including free lunch time)
16:30 Check into the Takayama Associa Resort Hotel or other hotels of equivalent price (breakfast included for the second day, dinner not included).
Day 2 Itinerary

Reminders

  • A group of 8 people is required to form a group. You will be notified 2 days in advance whether the group has formed. If the group does not form, you will receive a full refund.

  • If a guest is late and misses the departure time, 100% of the charges will apply.

  • If severe weather causes road closures and our company determines that it may endanger passenger safety, we will cancel the trip on the same day and refund the full amount to the customer. However, the customer will be responsible for the transportation costs to the meeting point and other expenses.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 5 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
