I recommend arriving early in the morning, as fog often forms on the summit after midday, making it a real shame to miss the view of the Alps! Shopping and dining are highly recommended; they're really inexpensive! With the coupon program, it's an incredible value! I would definitely visit again. Exchanging tickets is also very convenient and easy! Highly recommended!

I felt like I got a great deal buying tickets at a 60% discount for such a long trip. The tour bus was comfortable, and our guide, Xiao Liu, was quite responsible. It was a bit of a disappointment that the weather wasn't good enough.

The original itinerary was for July 30th, but the tour didn't make it to the scheduled departure date. KKDay informed me that I could change to a later, already booked tour. The communication was clear, timely, and excellent. The three-day itinerary was well-planned, especially the hotel on the first day, which was better than expected! The second day's itinerary required some physical exertion, like commuting uphill; those who enjoy transportation would likely appreciate it. The third day's visit to the Gassho-zukuri village was the grand finale, so I recommend conserving your energy for exploring. Our guide, Manman, was very helpful, providing many local details and recommending things to buy, enriching the trip. I especially loved the yogurt available at Kappa Bridge—it was delicious!

The tickets were convenient, and the accompanying museum was quite interesting. However, the stalactite cave was very cold, only 12-18 degrees Celsius, and I didn't bring enough warm clothing. It was a pity that I only made it to the first exit before turning back.
