Normal service hours are from 8:00 to 20:00. If the service is outside these hours, a fee of 3,000 yen per hour will be charged, which must be paid to the driver in cash on the same day.
If the rental period exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on the same day. The driver will communicate with the passenger to adjust the itinerary based on the actual traffic conditions of the day, minimizing the need to charge overtime fees due to traffic jams or other factors.
Two child seats or booster seats are provided free of charge; each additional booster seat will cost 1,000 yen.
Customer service and drivers will reply to messages between 7:00 and 23:00. However, drivers may delay replying to messages while driving for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
In areas such as tourist attractions and guesthouses where roads are too narrow for vehicles to enter, guests must walk; in places where parking is prohibited, drivers cannot be forced to stop.
After the free waiting time has expired, the driver will continue to wait, and no refund will be issued if the passenger does not appear.
Only light meals are allowed inside the vehicle, including bottled drinks with lids and food that won't spill (such as bread, sandwiches, snacks, etc.). Note that if you spill soup or vomit in the vehicle, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 20,000 yen.
If flight cancellations or significant delays are caused by extreme weather events such as earthquakes, typhoons, or blizzards, or other uncontrollable situations unrelated to the passenger, the passenger can contact them one hour before departure to reschedule or apply for a full refund.
Depending on the traffic and weather conditions of the day, the driver may suggest changes to the itinerary or the length of stay to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
