Scanning tickets with the machine is very convenient. You can also reserve seats for the Shinkansen or Limited Express trains using the machine without having to queue manually, which is especially convenient. Although you can only reserve seats by machine 6 times, it's relatively enough. For the 7th time, you can queue at the green window to reserve seats manually. Combining the Amanohashidate and Ine Passes, there are many people queuing to exchange for the pass on the right side of the train station exit, which is quite convenient and cost-effective.

It's very convenient to use; you can directly show your ticket for verification. It includes a round trip on the cable car or chairlift. The chairlift offers a wider view, and feeding the seagulls on the sightseeing boat is a lot of fun. It's worth buying and cheaper than the on-site ticket price.

The driver was great, the customer service was excellent, they contacted me in advance, picked me up on time at the agreed time, communication in Chinese was smooth, the vehicle was clean, and the service was friendly.

Our family of eight traveled to the Kansai region. We usually travel independently, but this time we joined the "Kyoto by the Sea" day trip, which added a unique experience to our trip. In one day, we visited Amanohashidate, Ine, and Miyama. The sea views, mountain views, and thatched-roof houses each had their own charm, making the itinerary more fulfilling and adding to the overall experience of our independent travel. While on the boat, we saw seagulls soaring up close. Taking the cable car to the observation deck overlooking Amanohashidate, the blue sky, coastline, and mountain views along the way were so captivating that we couldn't help but take photos. Lunch was at a restaurant with large windows offering stunning views; the seafood donburi, pork cutlet donburi, and cold noodles were all incredibly delicious! In Miyama, we also tried Miyama milk and bought soba noodles. There were also many charming little scenic spots to enjoy at our leisure. A special thank you to our guide, Kelly, for being so kind and thoughtful; she even helped us buy donuts, adding a delightful surprise to our trip. She also took many beautiful photos of us, and there was no extra charge for taking photos with your phone; if you wanted to print them out, it was only 1,500 yen per photo, definitely worth keeping as a souvenir. With private transportation, there was no need to constantly check traffic, transfer, or worry about getting lost, making it much easier for families traveling together. This trip wasn't just about beautiful scenery, but also delicious food and lots of laughter, making it an unforgettable day in our Kansai trip. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience both the coastal city of Kyoto and the charm of Miyama!

The tour guide was very friendly, spoke politely, was patient, and was always willing to help. There were so many seagulls and eagles! Shrimp crackers were cheaper at the convenience store. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 However, the itinerary felt a bit rushed, as the attractions were quite far apart, and just traveling between them took time. Walking around and exploring was a good option. The tour guide was there to provide explanations as soon as he got on the bus, since the group included tourists from various countries and needed his service. Those who are sensitive to noise or who might prefer to drive themselves might find it more comfortable.

I loved the itinerary. Although it was packed, the scenery at all three attractions was absolutely stunning. Our tour guide, Amy, was kind and friendly. She even gave us snacks, beautiful postcards, and took some Instagram-worthy photos for me. I was so lucky to join this tour!

The view from Amanohashidate is fantastic! Our guide, Abu, did an excellent job with the time management, maximizing our time while giving us the convenience of a group tour with a sense of independence. He also provided great timing, location, and company, along with recommendations for attractions and restaurants before our arrival. Very thoughtful and helpful! A big thank you to our driver, Mr. Sakashita, for his friendly greetings every time we got on and off the bus, and for safely ferries us back after his long journey. Those who didn't buy cable car and boat tickets can purchase them on the bus – highly recommended!
